Mike Lee is completing his first year with Select Sand & Gravel, where he builds strong relationships with project managers and buyers. His focus is on understanding client needs, fostering trust, and ensuring projects receive the right support from start to finish.
Before joining Select, Mike worked as a sales executive, negotiating contracts and collaborating with leadership teams to develop solutions that balanced budget and performance. That experience sharpened his ability to ask the right questions, anticipate challenges, and coordinate effectively across teams.
A lifelong Texan and graduate of Tarleton State University, Mike is proud to serve the communities he has always called home. Outside of work, he enjoys reading and spending time with his family.
My best advice to customers is to be open about your goals and challenges from the start. With my background in sales and negotiation, I can anticipate roadblocks and help find solutions that keep your project on track and within budget.
