Joey Meador

Joey joined Select Sand & Gravel in 2019 and became General Manager in 2023. He oversees daily operations, sources materials, and coordinates logistics so projects stay on schedule with clear, proactive communication and accountability. Born and raised in DFW, he takes pride in supporting growth across North Texas; a highlight was contributing to the Loews Arlington Hotel project. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, camping, golf, and skiing.

Joey believes great results come from proactive planning, honest updates, and fast problem solving. He partners with estimating, dispatch, and suppliers to match the right material and deliver safely, on time, and at a fair price. His goal is simple: make every project easier for customers and crews—start to finish.
