Gwen has been with Select Sand & Gravel for almost four years. As Business Manager, she keeps the company humming—leading accounting, supporting HR, and making sure teammates have what they need to do their best work. With a background in legal and insurance, plus experience in large corporate environments and church administration, Gwen blends policy know-how with people-first leadership.

She loves the family feel at SSG and the chance to watch teammates grow their careers. Outside of work, Gwen is happiest volunteering at church and cheering on her daughter, an elite bowler and singer. Originally from Texas, she values community.
