Brian Horn

Brian Horn recently joined Select Sand & Gravel as President, bringing more than a decade of building and scaling entrepreneurial companies. He leads with a simple goal: align estimating, dispatch, and operations so customers get the right material—on time, at the right price—without unnecessary stress. Brian emphasizes accountability over org charts and runs on EOS to create a high-touch, results-driven culture.

Before SSG, Brian spent 10 years running a national spine medical device distributorship, where he learned the power of logistics: have the right product, show up early, and take care of the customer every time. With a hands-on small-business approach, he believes strong teams and clear ownership are the foundation of great service.

A sixth-generation Texan, Brian lives just across the creek he grew up playing in. Outside of work, he and his family enjoy their mini-farm—two Golden Retrievers, a Great Pyrenees, ten egg-laying chickens, and two Nigerian Dwarf goats—and cheering on three teenagers in soccer, golf, and cheer.
