Teresa has been with Select Sand & Gravel for three years. She keeps projects moving on schedule by making the numbers add up—posting payments, resolving discrepancies, and turning invoices quickly so customers have clear, accurate, consistent billing. With roots in the oilfield industry and experience running her family's hotshot company, Teresa blends hands-on operations knowledge with customer service and attention to detail.

She partners with estimating and dispatch to confirm POs, material specs, and delivery documentation, which helps ensure customers get the right material at the right price, on time. Known for follow-through and friendly communication, she believes small, proactive check-ins prevent delays and build long-term trust.

A South Texas native and mom to a daughter, Teresa enjoys time with her daughter and experiencing new things.
