Ethan Williams

Ethan Williams has been with Select Sand & Gravel for more than seven years, starting as a dispatcher and now serving as Vice President of Operations. He oversees daily operations with one clear goal: making every project run smoothly. For Ethan, it's not just about selling materials—it's about helping customers find the right solutions so their projects succeed without unnecessary stress.

His career began in logistics, shipping, and receiving, where he built a strong foundation in problem-solving and customer service. Having worked in small businesses much of his life, he brings a hands-on approach and a focus on personal connections to his leadership.

Ethan enjoys the challenge of turning uncertainty into clarity, whether guiding material choices or coordinating logistics. A standout project was with Frisco ISD, where he helped update 42 schools. Born and raised in Irving, he enjoys smoking meat, woodworking, and time with his wife and two boys.
