She checks in on every order—confirming the material was right, pricing matched expectations, and delivery was professional and on time—so issues are solved quickly.

Known for an upbeat, service-first approach, Abigail keeps communication clear between estimating, dispatch, and the jobsite. She focuses on simple habits: ask good questions, share updates early, and close the loop.

Originally from DFW, she's an avid reader and lifelong competitive swimmer. At home, four cats keep her on her toes.
